Love the access pots

Fantastic interest rates, incredibly straightforward to set up, it literally took me minutes and I had my funds transferred within a few hours of being accepted. Different boosted access pots give excellent interest and support saving. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Great customer service

I used Zopa's customer service team recently after I spotted a fault. Shortly after they contacted me, admitting blame, promptly sorted the issue and offered compensation although I never asked for any. If this is anything to go by I'd happily recommend this bank, something I thought I'd never say about any bank ever again. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

All round top savings account

Always amongst the best rates available anywhere and a great app to manage the various accounts available. On my recommendation my kids and all my grandkids now use it. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Supa Zopa

They are fantastic, love the additional accounts you can lock your money away with a higher rate depending how long you are happy to wait for it back, normally in the top interest rate returns out of all the banks (I check regularly) and the app is simple and easy to use.
