Absolutely Terrible

Started out good but then first payment was rejected as was not from a verified bank account they know. This is stupid you should be able to pay from any account regards to if it’s been verified. Closed straightaway I think I’ll stick to a traditional account that is normal!! Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Very easy and helpful

Zopa give great savings rates, provide the ability to lock away your savings if you’re like me and tend to dip into them which really helps keep them in! You can also have different pots which is super useful when you’re budgeting for different things. Easy to use app and bank transfers. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Easy to use and simple set up

I find Zopa's online banking very easy to use and like that the statement can be accessed and downloaded simply and is updated instantly. Upon contacting Zopa I have received quick replies to my query and was resolved efficiently. The process to set up the account was straightforward and was completed quickly.
