Aviva zero self service insurance

A great company

Simple, quick and easy

Easy switch and to deal with, didn't need anything extra and simple enough to amend. All documents sent through quickly and the online portal appears to be pretty useful too. Three good years until recently

For three years they were the best on the market until they randomly upped my premium without reason, becoming £250 more expensive than their competition. A shame to leave but as you can’t easily talk to anyone if you have an online policy then it’s worth leaving as you can’t even call to discuss your renewal. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Approachable

For an insurance company, they are easy to deal with. Processes are clear and acres is simple. It’s a pity they don’t value existing customers and seem to price you out eventually. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
