No problem with it over years

Never bother to change since I did not had problems with it. The only thing I would like to see improvement is in the case of fraud activity alert. The only stressful experience I have, they use a prerecorded machine message to alert me which in its case sounds suspicious. I would rather prefer an actual people to call and alert me instead

Despite being a Barclays Bank customer for MANY years, Barclaycard treated me like a new customer, with a derisory credit limit. Their non-native English speaking hotline agent called (from a witheld number, probably in Asia) and tried to explain that I need to build up a "credit history" which is unlikely, since I have never needed to borrow money!
Not worth the space in my wallet - account closed, card destroyed.

for an 18 year old the trusty old Barclaycard is the stuff of dreams.......................to a wordly 45 year old I still think back to the day that i took out that first bit of credit. Its a great way to up your credit score but this company will keep increasing that limit and you will keep taking it. If there was one thing I could say to my 18 year old self?? 'dont get a credit card'.
