The Society have helped me in every step of my home ownership-Their values are traditional and they havethe utmost intregrity, you can rely on them, they are genuinely people who care about their clients. Bath Building society, a good support.

Bath Building society extended my mortgage when my husband died. I was and am very grateful. Mt husband and I turned to Bath Building Society when we first took out the mortgage as I remembered that my mother had recommended the society in the distant past. Had a mortgage with Bath since 2009.

Had a mortgage with Bath since 2009. Always been informed about deals available following fixed rate finishing and it has always been competitive. Customer service sort out a change of product quickly and efficiently. Never had a problem with Bath. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

very knowledgeable mortgage advisor

Spoke to a very knowledgeable mortgage advisor from the first call and he continued to be our contact throughout. The mortgage rate has gone down several times in the last 18 months - whenever base rate has been cut, Bath has quickly passed on the rate cut. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
