East to contact and Great service

Buy for uni mortgage

We completed an online enquiry form regarding the student mortgage. Tim Randall contacted us really quickly and arranged an interview . In that session he explained in detail all about the mortgage and how it worked and what was required. This was extremely useful and it encouraged us to go ahead. Tim kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, even when we had additional questions . He worked with the Bath team to address any open questions and updated us promptly. Tim was super quick at relying to our emails and was a great advocate for Bath Building Society, professional and thorough. He was happy to answer even small questions we had. Student mortgage

8/10 would recommend

Great entry intot he bank with a "mortgage welcome care package" sent to our home. Where we would have loved to have seen some more proactiveness was at the end of our initial term. People are busy and we just go into the remortgage process, and we ended up leaving for a gbp 100 saving per month.... which is grea,t but if BBS were to have gotten in touch plenty in advance with a price match or competitive quote, we may have stayed as we enjoyed our experience with BBS.
