Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! New Mortgage rate swap!

My Buy to let mortgage was coming to the end of its fixed period and Bath were very quick in contacting me, helping me select a new product and implemented this very quickly so that I could benefit from the better rate as soon as possible! Great service. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

Great Service

Very happy with mortgage application process and service from Tim (mortgage advisor). Competitive rate and advised of an alternative cheaper product that met my needs. Only negative was the old fashioned paper application form. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025
