I have already recommended BBS to others. The accounts they offer are very competitive. My son is v interested for our grandchildren.

It is so wonderful to be able to phone up our branch, pop in and transact our business face to face with such friendly staff. Open on a Sat morning too. This is what customer SERVICE is all about. By the way I'm not a complete dinosaur I will be registering for their on line service too. I've worked in IT all my life and it plays an important part but so many companies, AND the GOVERNMENT are assuming we all have smart phones, IT kit and have the time to waste doing it! It can be quicker but certainly visiting BBS in person was quicker, easier, more pleasant and GOT THE JOB DONE!!! Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023

Great customer service, great rates

Whenever I visit my local branch in Bath, I am always greeted in a very warm & friendly manner. The staff go out of their way to make you feel a valued member. I also love the fact that society is mutual, meaning they offer very competitive interest rates & being able to have our opinions listened to, makes us as customers, feel very valued. Easy to deal with

I've had little to do with Bath Bldg Society services team which is a positive in itself because I haven't needed to, because the service provided is good. On the one occasion I needed to speak to them, I was able to leave a message and a real person called me back without delay and was very friendly and efficient. Very good local mutual financial organisation.

I have always experienced good customer service whenever visiting the Wood Street branch and the head office in Queen Square. Staff appear to be well trained and happy to help customers with existing accounts or opening new ones. Bibs sponsor local youth and adult organisations and have an annual local charity which they also support. The mutual status is all important in a local financial organisation and BIBS continues to offer stability and respectability in an ever changing marketplace. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
