If you compare our Directors' salaries and compare with other Banks, Building Societies or even companies of a similar size and complexity you will see that their salaries will be at the lower end of this comparison. So fair and honest and driving the market forward with the best competitive rates for savers.

Always very clear and concise about choices and options, in person and via the telephone. Very polite, well informed and willing to listen then advise constructively. Good comms, login needs improvement
