Friendly, professional and Personal

In a society that seems to be going away from customer facing staff, you branch staff are a credit to you. Now going into a branch may be old fashioned to most but there is something about the personal touch, that your staff do so well. Tracey in particular was a pleasure to deal with and was of great help in sorting out my accounts, and any questions I had. Reviewed on: 16th October 2022

Great rates, a few issues with online access

Develop the online access a bit more. Cant seem to open multiple accounts with different linked accounts. Reviewed on: 12th October 2022

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. You are able to open multiple accounts using Bath Online however you do need to wait 24 hours between opening each account.
