First contact with Bath BS

This review is based on my first contact only with the Bath BS via online Chat and it was favourable because my query was dealt with speedily and my question was answered so I have no complaints and I was impressed as a first time and potential new customer. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020

Quickly sorting out an "on-line" log-in" problem

It is a small society and in consequence the staff are far more friendly and helpful than big organisations where customers are treated as just a number ! Would reccommend the Bath Building Society to anyone who wants good old fashioned service !!! Keep up the good wirk. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020

Enquiry about availability of a secure internal upload of application form for Trustee Savings Account online secure
