Exceptionally prompt and courteous service which promotes confidence.

This is a relatively small society and I have been impressed with the very prompt service since opening an account earlier this year. Just one little thought - I have just made a significant withdrawal of funds and was slightly surprised that the society did not query its purpose. Reviewed on: 6th November 2020

Although I do not have many interactions in respect of my account, those that I have had have been very satisfactory: the phone has been answered promptly, access to account information has been quick, with manageable security controls, and emails have been responded to quickly. I was so impressed with your staff

I hold 3 accounts with you, I came to your Branch in the town centre today to pay some money in and as always I was so impressed with your staff. The staff in this branch and the Moorland road branch are always so polite and friendly. The lady who served me this morning helped settle my daughter who had a fall outside before we came in so was a little upset. She didn’t need to do this but I was very grateful. Thank you!
