Ive been a member of the Society for 20 years and for those years, the constant thread is service, reliability and trust. A great organisation and its good that staff rarely change, so you build up a relationship with an organisation that is founded on classic values. I have nothing but praise for them all. The opening of my one year ISA account earlier this week was very easy. Jane explained the details of the investment very clearly. I phoned earlier in the day thinking that I was talking to the Bath branch but was informed that refurbishment in progress. I was invited to visit Head Office by Chris.
