Provide a local branch

If only there was a local branch where we could go and deposit cheques rather than posting them to you. Perhaps you could arrange with post office counters to provide this service. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020

Online Account Application Form

After receiving an email from BIBS about a new investment bond I decided to make an online application, I wasn't sure whether the correct form had downloaded so I used Online Chat , my query was answered quickly and efficiently. As I usually apply for accounts in branch I didn't realize a generic form was used to apply for accounts online, perhaps you could make this more obvious. Reviewed on: 6th July 2020

After difficulty getting through on phone, staff very helpful

After trouble getting through on phone, this could be improved. Once speaking to someone, experience much better and Corinne could not have been more helpful. I am 81 and have hearing problems and only fair on computer, so it is vital that you have staff willing to assist us oldies! Reviewed on: 3rd July 2020

Friendly help at the end of the phone

Its so unusual these days to have a human being answering the phone at any organisation. Have had a few enquiries over the last few days and Liz has been there to help just a phone call away.
