Genuinely helpful customer experience.

Any interaction that I have had has been very friendly, professional and satisfactorily concluded. However, the bottom line for savers is the interest rate offered and although these are difficult times BBS has somewhat lost its star appeal. Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

Traditional but Modern

I find contact by tel. always met by a friendly professional member of staff. My queries are always answered with a positive attitude. I like using the online account as it saves a tel. call when I am busy. Change always for the good not for necessity. Thank you Reviewed on: 4th June 2020
