In branch service review

New website could be improved as sometimes shows code errors or error messages which doesn't instil confirdence!. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Trouble logging in but customer service is great

I was having trouble logging into my account following system updates with BBS. I got on the chat function and after a little wait, was connected to Jess. She calmly told me what I need to do, answered all my clarification questions and stayed with me the whole process. I had some trouble with logging into the app, she waited with me while I tried to log in and was just amazing! Reviewed on: 28th August 2024
