Satisfied customers for many years

we find that they are very friendly on the phone and quickly respond to requests. They are also very clear with their instructions and explanations. We are offered reasonable new investments when our bonds expire. the only wish is that our tax statements/certificates did not take so long in the postal service! Reviewed on: 27th February 2024

Local Branch appreciated

I love being able to visit my local branch (Oldfield Park) where staff are always pleasant and helpful. Staff in the town branch are equally pleasant and helpful but I really appreciate being able to go to a local site. I also like the fact you have a pass book system which works well.
