They are WINNERS for me!

I have been a customer of Bath Building Society for over 60 years and value the fact that they put themselves out to help their customers....even the staff doing shopping for elderly people who are unable to get out to the shops. Good helpful staff in accessible local branches.

Good helpful staff in accessible local branches. They know their stuff and look after their customers. We have two accounts and are proud to support our local building society. When we had trouble with logging into their new on-line accounts we were assigned an expert to sort the matter out as a matter of urgency. It's great that accounts can be managed by a smartphone as well as a PC. Reviewed on: 14th February 2024
