I have been with Bath Building Society for many years, I like the helpfulness and friendly approach of the staff. What I am very disappointed about was the closure of Midsomer Norton branch, it's just so far for me to travel now. Reviewed on: 28th July 2025

The best thing about Bath Building Society is the lovely staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They always have time to chat to you. Also have dog biscuits which my dog loves. The best building society in Bath. Also they sell books. Reviewed on: 18th July 2025

BBS' Internet service

When initially trying to use BBS' Internet services (~ a year ago) I found the experience quite annoying. Recently I had problems getting the App to work but Chris was very patient & helpful & we sorted the problem out over the phone. The day before I had emailed the internet team about the problem but received no acknowledgement let alone a considered reply. Reviewed on: 16th July 2025

I have been a customer with the Society for over 30 years and during this time have got to know the staff in the branches very well.
