Always great service

I've always been with Nationwide since my dad set up my account when I was young. Whenever I've needed to go into a branch or phone them about anything they are always very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th November 2015

Really good bank

I've been with nationwide for over 15 years and have always been impressed with their current account service. I do all of my banking online and the nationwide offer is easy to use and pretty convenient. I like the services they offer (free travel insurance and cash back on the credit card) my only niggle would be that interest rates could be higher for savings and their app could provide a statement which goes back further in time. Generally very pleased with the account and not actively looking to change. Reviewed on: 20th November 2015

Good company to bank with.

I recently got a FlexAccount from Nationwide and I am finding it very useful. Staff were very helpful when I had to visit one of their branches to activate my account. I am so glad that I decided to bank with Nationwide. Reviewed on: 11th November 2015

Efficient effective polite and courteous.
