Specialist mortgage provider

We needed a tricky mortgage, lots of specific things that we had to tick which many mainstream high street lenders couldn't provide for us. Our broker got us a fantastic mortgage with darlington, we are so pleased. Finding a new fixed rate mortgage was easy.

When our fixed repayment mortgage came to an end, I found it easy to move forward onto a new fixed rate term. The advice available from the society was excellent and after consideration was able to decide which option was best for me. I have been pleased with this decision and very happy with the result.
