DBS - Five Star Service Everytime.

Hi Darlington Building Society - yesterday I needed some urgent paperwork from DBS to confirm ownership of a property - I rang the number, actually spoke to a mortgage advisor 'Mandy' and she kindly sent over the documents whilst I was on the phone !! Amazing in itself to reach the first person who sorted it out immediately. Absolute first class service. I love DBS as they are person centred and understand the needs of the customer.
