Ann Walpole is a credit to Darlington Building Society, we have been dealing with Ann for many years, as well as being a very caring person with a lovely attitude she is very knowledgeable in her field of work. Also in her absence all other staff are very capable to take over the reins, all have the knowledge and are able to deal with any issues. Wonderful customer service from Rebecca today.

I have just spoken with Rebecca Russell and she has been super helpful. Currently looking to transfer my mortgage over to another property. So nice to have such great customer service which is rather rare these days. I’m excited now and less stressed after our conversation today so many thanks Darlington! Blocked on-line mortgage a/c.

I attempted to go on-line to my Mortgage a/c but this was blocked after three attempt I contacted your Support department and spoke with Simon McCabe. He carefully and patiently took me through the procedure to un-block my account and for that I was extremely grateful to him for the manner in which he dealt with my problem. More than 10 years a customer, still happy

We have been a customer of the Darlington Building Society for 10 years, in which time we have always been treated with respect, with understanding and with a clear desire to achieve the best outcome for us, the customer. Through a myriad of life events and situations, including more complex working arrangements, salary and currency differences, we have always been able to find a solution, together. Our experiences have ensured we never looked for another provider, which would usually be the wrong thing to do, but our faith in the Darlington means we see this as a partnership as much as a business deal.
