They've always provided us with brilliant customer service, phones are answered instantly at any time of the day and they've always been friendly and immediately answered any queries or sorted any issues. Their internet banking app is clean, simple and easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2022

Always available to help. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

I always get to speak to a person when I call. Staff are always very helpful. I never have to wait on hold. I wouldn’t bank with anyone else. Never had any issues whilst banking with First Direct and I’ve been with them for years. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Excellent Bank
