Friendly , hassle-free banking

A great account supplied by an excellent company. The first account comes with a £250 fee free overdraft and the facility to use another £250 without arrangement. Customer services are only a phone call away and have always been polite and very efficient in dealing with any queries/problems. They have generous offers to persuade people to switch to this account so I'd highly recommend anyone to make the change now, you wont regret it . Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

Best for banking

Easy, happy banking

You get through to the customer service helpline within a few rings- no pressing buttons or hold music! The overdraft is extremely cheap, online banking and mobile banking app are easy to use, and there are lots of add ons like savings accounts that you can apply for. I love my bank. Long term good service

I first joined First Direct when it was simply a phone contact system. As a customer of many years I am impressed how easy it is to contact and speak to a human being whenever necessary. A situation sadly missing in most companies in all areas of live these days. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018
