FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Hassle-free Banking 24/7

Online banking

I find the website tricky to use. I needed an IBAN number recently and it was hard to find. Also trying to look at transactions older than a month ago is difficult. Reviewed on: 4th February 2017
