FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Brilliant for online banking

I rang to increase our overdraft temporarily and the operator made it really easy and painless. I've done similar with other banks and they make such a song and dance, but FD were brilliant. They even rang me back on my mobile. Reviewed on: 18th December 2016

Caring and Friendly bank

They simply are the best in terms of connecting with their customers. Whenever I speak to them, and it could be any time of the day or night, they are friendly, easy to deal with, and completely understanding of my requirements.
