Great bank! Great customer service, 24 hours a day, any issues are always dealt with promptly. Would be good if the current account paid interest as well. Reviewed on: 21st June 2025

I've been a customer with First Direct for almost thirty years. I've stayed with them because of their excellent customer service. When you call them, the phone is answered immediately and your query dealt with quickly and efficiently. The customer service agent is always polite, professional and, above all, human.
