Great bank! Great customer service, 24 hours a day, any issues are always dealt with promptly. Would be good if the current account paid interest as well. Reviewed on: 21st June 2025

Honestly a really good bank

After being with another bank for about 10 years and never being satisfied, I switched to First Direct last year and have been genuinely surprised with everything since. The mobile app is really well built and easy to understand and it’s made my so much better at managing my money. I’ve had to speak to customer services on a few occasions and they’ve been helpful, polite and reassuring every time. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
