Bristol Credit Union provides an excellent serviceervice

Joining the Bristol Credit Union has enabled me to save money for the first time in my life. It has helped me keep out of debt. I have taken out a loan with them and the interest has been reasonable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Bristol Credit Union and l know many others would agree with that Reviewed on: 12th June 2020

Support for those on a less secure income

I struggle with money and I have never had a problem with the Credit union, if anything all it has done is helped to have an account with them, though I don't save much, it's always enough to juggle with a problem and enough to cover a missed payment on my loan. I save to pay for my van and big expens3s and it always helps me to have a savings account because I am able to obtain a loan once 3very so often o ly when I really need it for something big. Not For Me

Have had loans in the past and paid in full no issues. They now do not loan to me at all. They work like a normal loan provider, credit checks etc however they take days getting back to you. Not really for local community, if they were they would understand not everyones credit file would be the same. When a loan is declined the email you get isnt friendly at all, listing out issues etc. Not happy with the service me or my husband get as members. Reviewed on: 20th May 2025
