Good Customer Service

Wanted to close my childen's Little Saver accounts and add them to my current account, so I could transfer the money to them. We've moved several times so it was a little more tricky BUT my goodness the lady (Kayleigh) who looked after me worked like crazy and with such happy friendliness, all despite a growing queue (which she was still aware of and reassured them constantly). If Halifax provide customer service to this standard then I want more. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019

wouldnt use any other bank

helpful, easy and sufficent

Excellent service everyday

I rarely go into my local branch as use online banking mainly. Online services are second to none with an online account and mobile app to keep track of my spending regularly. When I do need to go into branch, I always receive a friendly welcome and fantastic customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2019

Run

I have been with Halifax for over a decade now and their once unblemished treatment of customers has been terminated. I dont know why but we are no longer humans to them. Run. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019

Great company!
