Just as it should be

Great customer service. Always able to help. Knowlagable staff on the phone and in branch. Reviewed on: 24th November 2018

Poor customer services

Unfortunately Halifax do not adequately invest in maintenance of their ATM machines. Consequently many machines are faulty and swallow your card. When combined with branch opening hours that are shorter than they were in the 1950s and hopeless customer services you have to question why anyone would want to hold their current account with this dinosaur of a bank. Banking Bundle

Love banking with Halifax. They provide so much support and excellent customer service when speaking to them on the phone and in the bank. The bundle of gifts and offers I have received has gone a huge way in helping me save money! Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018

No problems so far

Halifax have been fantastic. The app is so easy to navigate. When our account was hacked and we had £1000 taken, Halifax dealt with it amazingly. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018

Customer feedback

I advise is not to open an account with halifax bank . Today 5 police officer attended hounslow Middlesex branch . Poor customer was been harrised I think halifax is a fish market with full of white pigs . I have also closed my account and I am with the customer Nd we have found a goodnsolutions To tech the bank to work mother fuckers pigsss. Reviewed on: 14th November 2018

Exceptional overall service.

I have been a Halifax customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the products and services I have been provided with. I currently have an ISA and a Current Account with a £600 overdraft facility with Halifax and I couldn't be happier with the benefits each of the accounts has to offer. Whenever I have needed to ask a question or resolve an issue, I have received a high level of assistance and have felt truly valued as a customer. This outstanding level of customer service, along with the convenience of the online and telephone banking facilities, are just a couple of the many reasons why I am happy to be a Halifax customer. Halifax offer an exceptional overall service and clearly value their customers. I am especially pleased with the benefits of having a Halifax Current Account, as I am constantly provided with and have access to accurate, clear, reliable and up-to-date information.
