Simple Current Account

My current account with the Halifax is a no nonesense simple to use Internet account. No overdraft, no credit card, no hassle. Reviewed on: 6th February 2019

Charged me over £6k in interest on a £5k overdraft and refused to help me when I begged for help

Crooks, simple as that. Begged them for help when I was under huge financial pressure after my partner had a mental health breakdown. They did virtually nothing. Even threatened me after I went onto a DMP. Reviewed on: 6th February 2019

Good Customer Service

Wanted to close my childen's Little Saver accounts and add them to my current account, so I could transfer the money to them. We've moved several times so it was a little more tricky BUT my goodness the lady (Kayleigh) who looked after me worked like crazy and with such happy friendliness, all despite a growing queue (which she was still aware of and reassured them constantly). If Halifax provide customer service to this standard then I want more. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019

wouldnt use any other bank

Excellent service everyday

I rarely go into my local branch as use online banking mainly. Online services are second to none with an online account and mobile app to keep track of my spending regularly. When I do need to go into branch, I always receive a friendly welcome and fantastic customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2019

Run
