There were a couple of minor issues with my account set up, however everything sorted in a very customer friendly way by Bev and Claire. The phone was answered without any excessive wait time and customer service overall excellent. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Great interest rates, though they have fallen several times in less than one year of having my account open. At first there was no option for me to withdraw any money so I had to contact CS and they added a button to the account - a bit concerning to have your money in there with no option to withdraw, although it was sorted. The account dashboard could do with updating/ optimising. It's extremely basic and not the easiest to navigate. All in all, these aren't major issues and I trust my money is safe. We're glad you are pleased with the interest rate on your savings account. We will always ensure our accounts provide fair value. Within the last twelve months there has been for reductions to the Bank of England Base rate, and whilst non of our savings products are directly linked, this does have an impact on pricing where we need to manage commercial considerations whilst always ensuring we put our members first. With regards to your feedback regarding our dashboard, I 100% agree with you that this could be improved and we are working hard with out software provider to improve the experience for our members. The branch in Leighton Buzzard is not open, and the lady on the phone said go to Tring! which is 15/16 miles away with no bus route. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025

We temporarily closed our Leighton Buzzard branch in February so that we can complete some essential maintenance. We sent a letter to Leighton Buzzard customers about the closure in February, so if you were missed from this communication please let me know and I will investigate further (you can email me at [email protected]). The team are looking forward to welcoming back our members next week when the branch re-opens on 7th May, however you can also register to manage your account online through our Harpenden Online facility. Please visit our website and follow the the link which gives instructions on how to register. Failure to make a deposit into a new ISA account.

Registered and opened an account. Failed to transfer the first deposit from my bank because an additional reference is incorrect. Sort code and acct number correct Does it require a roll number, not supplied. so far useless. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
