First class customer service! Unfailingly warm, welcoming, personal touch with help, advice and efficient service at all times. I have been with the Harpenden for many years and even though I am now living in Essex I have always kept my account at Radlett where the friendly customer service is impeccable, as recently demonstrated with my phone conversation with Christian and in-branch service from Catherine.
