There were a couple of minor issues with my account set up, however everything sorted in a very customer friendly way by Bev and Claire. The phone was answered without any excessive wait time and customer service overall excellent. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

We have been inundated with applications following the brief launch of a market leading ISA, and as such our SLA's have not been at a standard we would expect, so it's great to understand that these are getting back to normal. Amateurish - perhaps not even that good

Impossible to carry out intended task. Rang Society to be told that the person I was dealing with couldn’t help and I had to try online again. Did so - again without success. Had to ring them again. The person I spoke to this time was more helpful but couldn’t carry out the transaction in question. She said that their website was run by a third party and that there were issues! Like having a branch in Leighton Buzzard. Like personal service. Don't like best rates are only online and unable to get these rates with Power of Attorney. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Currently, over 90% of accounts earn higher than the average savings rate in the UK.
