Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Helpful, friendly knowledgeable service

Efficient, friendly personal service beats on line services always and this is why my husband and I stay with H&R. We also got a fair rate on our bond. Reviewed on: 15th February 2022
