Opening new account

We decided to open a new savings account with the Hinckley & Rugby building society as our normal bank had closed it office in the town . We found the whole process very simple and very efficient and I would have no reservations in recommending there services to others , thanks again. Reviewed on: 31st January 2022

I opened a saving bond with the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society in Nuneaton following a bond which had matured. After checking various savings rates at several banks and building societies, I chose the Hinckley and Rugby because it offered the best rate for me. A pleasant surprise was the extremely friendly and efficient service provided by the lady at the counter. She provided an exemplary service. The lady's name was Carol - and what an asset she must be. Generally everything was good. Just a slight hiccup in that the slip (in lieu of the passbook) had the wrong amount. But that was all fine when the passbook arrived. Overall a good experience, Reviewed on: 14th January 2022
