My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Friendly faces and good advice.

Friendly faces greeted me as I attended the Rugby branch this morning. Neil brought my savings book up to date and then gave me guidance on other accounts that might interest me in the future. His advice was delivered in a gentle manner. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

I have used H & R since moving to Hinckley in 1999.
