It is always a pleasure to visit the building society as the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable of their products and very willing to help you to make your decision. They always go the extra mile to help. The branch in the town centre is very important to me as I don't like the internet for transactions. I find the products on offer are very competitive and accessible in branch not on internet. I would like to point out the opening times should be longer into the afternoon. Closing at 2pm is inconvenient for working people and myself forcing me to use the Coventry build society for some transactions as they close much later. Reviewed on: 15th November 2025

Opened a new ISA account plus a transfer of an ISA from another B.SOC. Extremely helpful staff who guided through the forms. Prompt efficient service and open 5 days a week and Saturday unlike the Nationwide in Rugby. Reviewed on: 13th November 2025
