The experience i had at the Coalville branch of Hinckley and Rugby building society was exactly what i was hoping for, Lucy the advisor talked me through the product i wanted clearly and smoothly, the most important thing for me was that i could do it face to face in branch which investors are valuing more and more. I will be visiting Lucy again in April 2026 to open my new ISA, Thanks Hinckley and Rugby building society for staying on the highstreet. Reviewed on: 24th October 2025

The Customer Support staff in the Rugby Office are excellent and always willing to help, long serving, knowledgeable but very polite.
