Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Well worth a look

You can actually talk to someone!!

I’ve already given feedback but here is a Building Society with traditional values ( thank goodness) . I was delighted to find Hinckley & Rugby doesn’t send me on a wild goose chase to talk to an automated robot online, when most other BS tend to do. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Good Account, Helpful Staff

I have recently opened an account by post. I sent an online query as part of it and the staff called me back by telephone as requested and were very polite and informative. Once opened, I was called to advise my account details so that I could deposit the money by transfer. The staff member (Joanna, maybe?) was again friendly, polite and listened carefully. So fast, helpful and friendly!

All the staff members I spoke to were ever so helpful and friendly, called back when they said they would, made absolutely sure I understood everything and when I made a stupid mistake on the form they were able to correct it for me with good humour and no time delay so I was really impressed!
