Very difficult to downgrade the account

Really easy to apply for a product you need to pay for. Problems start when you try to downgrade the account or cancel the overdraft. Bank is making the whole process very difficult, completely not interested in customers needs. Would never recommend to bank with Lloyds. Reviewed on: 28th November 2016

Lloyds Bank has very rewarding benefits. Very straightforward application. Has very good Incentive. Has variety of savings accounts to choose from. Good Interest rates.
