Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. Lloyds Bank is a trusted and helpful bank

Club Lloyds also offers club Advantage Savings Accounts with good rates of interest, albeit gross rates. They’re a well respected and long established bank and offer great supportive services. Very easy to bank online as well as in branches. Branch services were brilliant when I bought an expensive car and had to make the transaction in branch due to online transactions limit.
