Didn't change address properly

I contacted the Bank on many occasions to change an overseas address as I was stuck there due to Covid-19 and my card had expired. The staff I spoke to on the phone only put in the 1st line of the address despite me spelling the full address patiently word for word. Easy to run account with great perks

Have had this account for years, as long as you pay in at least £1000 per month there are no charges and the perks are good, like free magazine subscription, cash back at various places. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
