The tedious check that I am making a genuine payment...

The tedious check that I am making a genuine payment gets ridiculous. The "I" in A.I. seems to stand for "Ignorance" rather than "Intelligence" especially when Lloyds thinks it could be suspicious/dangerous for me to transfer money from my Lloyds Current Account to my Lloyds Savings Account; or indeed businesses that I have paid regularly for years.. As for branch service - a recent re-fit removed the clock and provided four teller stations. I always expect a queue and I borr... Reviewed on: 5th April 2025

I love the Club Lloyds Current Account as it gives me interest on up to £5k and I also receive an annual benefit. I choose 6 Odeon Cinema tickets which saves me at least£90. It also opens the door for higher savings rates . Great account all round Reviewed on: 4th April 2025
