Would totally recommend Lloyds Bank Plc

Excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond to help me and really listened and empathised with my situation. They helped me feel alot better about everything and i literally cannot thank them enough. I really felt that they cared and that makes such a HUGE difference. Truly indebted to them. Lloyds Customer Service is above and beyond excellent

I recently had to phone Lloyds and explain my financial situation as I had got myself in a mess. Everyone I spoke too was really lovely, helpful and understanding. They made me feel like a highly valued customer and I am truly grateful to them for all their help and advice. They were so kind to me, I literally cannot thank them enough. Reliable & would never change banks!

I have been banking with Lloyds for over 15 years now and have never had any issues ! I use online banking with my Classic Account and manage various manual payments and direct debits.
