Love lloyds so glad I switched!

I switched to lloyds because my partner had an account and it was easier to have a joint account with them. That was two years ago and we haven't had any problems whatsoever! Moving house has been easy, adding extras has been simple and the extra rewards we get are amazing! Reviewed on: 20th January 2017

Great service

I have had no problems with Lloyds. Setting up an account was quick and easy. When I have had minor problems the service has been really quick on twitter and by phone and my problem resolved on the day. The app is great and simple to use but secure. Whenever I visit my local branch I ma always greeted with a smile and the staff are clean, presentable and helpful. I would recommend this bank without being asked. Keep up the great work Lloyds. Pushy

I can't complain that much about Lloyds Bank. I've been with them for almost 9 years and have always been happy with my debit card, online account and the mortgage advisors. However, what I don't like is having phone calls asking me to have a meeting with them where they try to push me into changing my account to one I pay more for and having a letter through the door each month asking me to get a credit card. If I want a credit card, I'll get one, I'm not going to be harassed into getting one. Reviewed on: 12th January 2017

A dreadful experience

Lloyds bank is the worst bank I have encountered so far. I've had accounts both in Europe and the US and was amazed to receive such service from a bank, situated in a first world country. Had to book an appointment to open up an account. Fine. 6 days later I show up with the documents I was asked to provide to be turned down. Apparently, the person that booked the appointment forgot to mention important details around the documents. The interviewer (Adele Price) wasted another 20 minutes of my time going back and forth with my documents claiming she was doing a check. She obviously had no clue about a lot of things and that was evident from her constant use of the bank's search engine. Therefore, I would not be surprised if she was, in fact, seeking assistance from someone more competent while 'checking'. I have also visited Lloyds in Cardiff. Should have concluded the bank is rubbish back then as one of the employees refused to give a customer a piece of paper when he requested it. Very cheap Reviewed on: 9th January 2017

No interest in their customers

After they stopped the interest in my husbands, daughters and my account we decided to look at alternative bank accounts even though we had been loyal customers for all our banking life. We had noticed in the last 2 years several things that had made us unhappy including poor customer service and being told wrong information. Reviewed on: 9th January 2017

unauthorized overdraft fee only 10 pounds. excellent cutomer service. refunded my account after someone stole and used my card. excellent and easy to use online banking, Reviewed on: 8th January 2017

Great Customer Service

I have used Lloyds since I was very young. I would never consider leaving I get no calls, staff on the phone are always helpful and in my local bank the staff are always so helpful. They are friendly and efficient and helpful, even patient when showing us new things like cash in and cheque machines which save time! Reviewed on: 4th January 2017
