Impressive and Efficient

I was truly impressed by how efficiently my broker handled my application. The entire journey, from the initial submission to receiving my mortgage offer, was incredibly smooth and well-organised. What really stood out was how quickly everything happened—it took less than four weeks to get my mortgage offer! This goes to show the expertise and commitment of the team involved. Speed of remortgage offer and acceptance

Received our remortgage offer following our discounted term ending. Offered a really good deal, signed the paperwork emailed back and half about later received confirmation all done and dusted. Amazing service Reviewed on: 31st August 2024

Initial Mortgage Enquiry

When initially enquiring about mortgages with the Building Society, I found that some responses could have been quicker. This however, was made up by the great customer service which I received from the mortgage advisor (Rob). He was extremely helpful throughout my application, fast to respond and went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend the service which they provide.
