Very helpful adviser.

A very helpful adviser took us through the steps we needed to go through in order to apply for an additional mortgage. She was available to help us throughout the process. Telephone calls always answered promptly. Reviewed on: 4th December 2024

I've been with the LBS for over 3 years now and they've always provided an excellent service by being informative, swift and concise. It's also refreshing to deal with an organisation that doesn't offshore any of it's services or use chat functions as it means you speak to real people who know exactly what they're talking about as they're the ones actually dealing with your product. I've just completed my mortgage paperwork to continue my relationship with them for another 3 years as whilst their rates are slightly higher than other banks/building society, the excellent customer I receive is far more important to me and outweighs the negligible cost saving I would benefit from by moving elsewhere.
