Sad to be moving to another provider

Sadly i am leaving Mansfield for B2L provider, but i have been with them for the last 7 years and they are always, super friendly and helpful. I've not once found a mistake in there paperwork or information and they very timely in their responses. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Any interaction with Mansfield BS has been good, they’ve been friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We’ve had no issues in the 5 years we’ve been with them. Renewing our mortgage onto a new deal has been no issue at all, a very seamless process with everything explained. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Very personable, you feel valued and not just a number to them. The fact that you speak to actual people and not just a computer means a ridiculous amount in today’s society. Renewing are mortgage was so easy and took all the anxiety we were feeling out of it. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025
