We are very happy with the Mansfield. I sometimes have to call twice because you must be busy. Once I get through, there is always someone who knows makes me welcome, and gives the help I need. I also like how easy it is to make an over payment. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024

Exceptional customer service

Throughout our time as a customer with Mansfield, we have experienced such professional and kind customer service. Jennifer Taylor has been exceptional with her understanding and support during a very difficult few months for us. She has done everything she can to ease the hardship and help us. Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service and so glad there are companies out there willing to help people who had prior credit issues they look past them and are very good at what they do would not have been able to buy our dream home without them. I really can't fault them.

I really can't fault them. I have a Debt Management plan due to an old relationship breakdown and so most places won't give me the time of day, but I can say that Mansfield really treat you as a person. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Brilliant company. Highly recommended

Seamless process, strong affordability checks but kept my broker updated at all stages.. Mortgage funds sent to lawyer early, allowing them to settle early on Thursday. Reviewed on: 16th June 2024

Very helpful and a good range of products

Exceptionally uncompetitive interest rates made me move

Generally the mortgages provided by the Mansfield were good. As with all financial institutions I find they are quick to increase interest rates and costs and slow to reduce but that goes for all. The remortgage offers provided to me were unrealistic and basically awful. The cheapest was still over £500 per MONTH more expensive that the Halifax we moved to.. Let that sink in.... Per Month MORE expensive.. it was unviable for me to remain at the Mansfield and I moved my business Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024
